Accountabilities

• Administer and evolve Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), developing a reliable command center for marketing.
• Own marketing data architecture, ensuring improved lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle automation.
• Create and mature reports and attribution capabilities to deliver actionable insights.
• Oversee website operations and manage external web agency relationships.
• Establish consent and privacy operations, ensuring compliance and deliverability.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of marketing operations experience in B2B SaaS environments, with 2+ years in a leadership role preferred.
• Hands-on administration experience with leading marketing automation solutions.
• Proven experience in lead scoring and lifecycle automation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM) and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to implement and adopt AI tools for GTM workflows.
