In this role, you will help shape the user journey for one of the world's most comprehensive AI-powered DevSecOps platforms. You'll focus on designing seamless, intuitive experiences that attract and engage new users—reducing friction across sign-up and onboarding flows to drive acquisition and conversion. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll turn insights into data-informed design solutions that accelerate growth while maintaining design excellence. This position offers the opportunity to influence key acquisition metrics, establish best practices, and contribute to a global product used by thousands of organizations.

Accountabilities

• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers to design and iterate on high-impact acquisition flows that improve signup, onboarding, and team-invite experiences.
• Develop hypotheses, define measurable success metrics, and validate solutions through experimentation and user testing.
• Create user flows, prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate intent and improve user conversion.
• Collaborate across product teams to standardize growth methodologies and share best practices for user acquisition and onboarding.
• Conduct research and usability testing to uncover pain points and deliver design improvements grounded in user insight.
• Contribute to the evolution of the product's design system, ensuring scalable and consistent user experiences.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align design strategy with growth goals and customer needs.
