Accountabilities
- Develop end-to-end, user-centered product experiences based on human-centered design principles and research data.
- Translate user needs into high-fidelity design solutions that prioritize usability, accessibility, and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reconcile feedback, provide design leadership, and contribute to product strategy.
- Integrate AI insights or tools into workflows to enhance user experience where appropriate.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and a shared design vision.
- Participate actively in the full product development lifecycle, from research and ideation through to implementation.
