Sr Product Manager, Platform UI

This role sits at the core of shaping how users experience a complex, high-scale network intelligence platform used by global enterprises. You will own the end-to-end UI/UX strategy across multiple products, ensuring a unified, intuitive, and scalable experience for technical users such as network engineers, SREs, and NetOps teams. Working at the intersection of product, design, and engineering, you will define navigation models, interaction patterns, and cross-product consistency across a highly technical ecosystem. The role requires deep product thinking combined with strong UX sensibility to simplify complex workflows and fragmented systems. You will also help introduce AI-driven capabilities that enhance usability and insight delivery. This is a highly strategic position where your decisions directly influence how customers interact with critical infrastructure data at scale.

Accountabilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for Platform UI, balancing UX improvements, cross-product consistency, and feature delivery priorities.
• Define and evolve the platform's information architecture, navigation systems, and interaction patterns to ensure a cohesive user experience.
• Partner closely with engineering and platform teams to align UI development with shared data models, APIs, and foundational platform capabilities.
• Translate user research, product analytics, and domain expertise into clear requirements and prioritized product initiatives.
• Identify UX fragmentation, inconsistencies, and redundant patterns across products and drive alignment toward a unified experience.
• Collaborate deeply with design teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and user-centered interface experiences.
• Engage directly with customers in technical roles to validate product direction and uncover unmet workflow needs.
• Define success metrics for UI initiatives and measure impact post-launch to ensure continuous improvement.
• Influence cross-product decisions that shape the overall platform experience.
• Explore and integrate AI-driven capabilities such as contextual insights, intelligent recommendations, and natural language interfaces into the UI.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in infrastructure, observability, or complex technical platform environments.
• Proven experience owning UI/UX or platform experience initiatives across multi-product systems.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
• Experience working in complex, multi-team environments with interdependent systems and legacy constraints.
• Ability to drive alignment across engineering, design, and product stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and data-informed decision-making skills, with experience using product usage data and customer insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with technical audiences.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and making structured decisions with incomplete information.
• Familiarity with networking, infrastructure, or observability concepts is a strong plus.
