Accountabilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for campaign orchestration and workflow tools, including AI-driven capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize features.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories and delivery-ready requirements.
• Partner with Marketing Operations to align platform capabilities with campaign processes.
• Drive product adoption through intuitive design and continuous improvement strategies.
• Identify and scale AI and automation use cases to streamline workflows.
• Measure campaign and workflow performance to inform product enhancements.
• Manage vendor relationships ensuring compliance with security and quality standards.
• Engage with marketers, planners, and data teams to understand user requirements.
• Lead backlog prioritization and sprint planning with engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience in marketing or workflow solutions.
• Experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or content production.
• Familiarity with marketing automation or workflow platforms.
• Ability to write user stories and manage product backlogs effectively.
• Proficient in data analysis to define KPIs and measure performance.
