Accountabilities

• Evaluate existing engagements to identify candidates for productization.
• Lead the product innovation lifecycle from concept through launch.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for validation of opportunities.
• Define offering concepts, focusing on value propositions and target buyers.
• Develop business cases to support executive investment decisions.
• Guide productization efforts to ensure consistency in delivery.
• Coordinate go-to-market readiness including positioning and messaging.
• Monitor offering performance, including client satisfaction and pipeline.
• Champion cross-cutting offering opportunities leveraging various capabilities.
• Establish a lightweight product management cadence with internal teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience in building or scaling product functions.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and teams.
• Experience developing financial models for new offerings.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into market value propositions.
• Strong cross-organization influencing skills without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
