As a Sr. Salesforce Product Owner, you will play a strategic role in optimizing business processes and driving adoption of Salesforce solutions across a large, complex organization. This position requires a balance of technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and product ownership to ensure the platform delivers measurable value to users and business partners. Working within an Agile environment, you will collaborate closely with product managers, technology teams, and business leaders to define enhancements, improve user experience, and maximize the platform's impact. This is an opportunity to shape the roadmap of Salesforce initiatives while ensuring scalable, user-focused, and efficient processes that support long-term growth and innovation.

Accountabilities

· Lead the strategy and execution of Salesforce enhancements, from requirements gathering and roadmap planning to deployment and adoption.

· Own the documentation and continuous improvement of Salesforce business processes, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements that improve user experience, maturity level, and adoption.

· Develop adoption strategies, define adoption metrics, and implement quick-win solutions in partnership with training and business teams.

· Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, while providing clear user stories and requirements.

· Oversee user acceptance testing, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and deliver measurable value.

· Partner with technology teams to resolve defects, build enhancements, and establish best practices for Salesforce product management.
