Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of AI-driven product initiatives, ensuring that complex technical concepts are transformed into intuitive, high-impact user workflows. You will work closely with engineering and data science teams to guide product decisions and ensure successful delivery of agentic AI capabilities.

• Drive end-to-end product development for AI/ML and agent-based applications, from concept to production
• Translate advanced AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks into scalable product workflows
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists in technical design discussions, debugging sessions, and architecture reviews
• Own and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and delivery speed
• Define product requirements, metrics, and evaluation frameworks to ensure quality and performance of AI systems
• Partner with customer-facing teams to gather insights and translate user workflows into product improvements
• Remove blockers, make rapid trade-offs, and ensure fast execution in an iterative development environment

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a technically fluent product leader with strong experience in SaaS, AI, or ML-driven environments. You are comfortable working hands-on with engineers and data scientists, and you excel in fast-paced, ambiguous startup settings.

• 5+ years of experience in product management or technical leadership roles within SaaS, AI, or ML-driven products
• Strong technical understanding of LLMs, embeddings, RAG systems, and agent-based architectures
• Ability to engage deeply in technical discussions with engineering and data science teams
• Proven experience making decisions in ambiguous environments with incomplete information
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to ship high-quality products quickly and iteratively
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in fast-changing, early-stage product environments
• Strong communication skills with ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders
