Accountabilities

• Own the full user journey across GPU clusters, including workflows and capacity management.
• Define the product direction from problem discovery to solution delivery and customer adoption.
• Conduct customer discovery through interviews and analytics to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Lead collaboration efforts across various platform teams for execution.
• Translate innovative ML and infrastructure ideas into practical product features.
• Establish success metrics and prioritize roadmap decisions based on data insights.
• Lead open-source strategy and execution for the control plane, fostering community engagement.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management or related fields such as ML infrastructure or cloud engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools like Slurm, Kubernetes, or Ray.
• Proven track record of delivering complex products through collaboration with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders across various technical domains.
• Experience with product analytics and data-informed prioritization strategies.
• Demonstrated ownership, adaptability, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
