Senior UX/UI Analyst - Remote

Accountabilities

• Assist in defining, designing, and implementing solutions for existing applications.
• Streamline workflows through user consultation.
• Support users by resolving technical issues.
• Collaborate with team members to solve problems.
• Clarify business requirements with project teams.
• Prepare and execute system tests.
• Generate reports on application metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 6-10 years in systems analysis or technical projects.
• Experience with managing small-mid scale IT projects.
• Familiarity with system development lifecycles, particularly agile methodologies.
• Experience with system testing.
• Financial services or mutual fund experience is preferred.
• 5+ years of user experience & product design experience for complex financial services applications.
• 5+ years of user research experience and understanding of user research methodologies.
