Accountabilities

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in UX/Product Design, preferably in enterprise environments.
• In-depth knowledge of UX processes and interaction design principles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex system designs and user-centered solutions.
• Experience with user research and applying findings to product decisions.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD, with AI features experience.
• Familiarity with design systems and responsiveness to technical constraints.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern component libraries.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance design processes and ideation.
