Senior UX/UI Designer - Remote

We are currently looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer - REMOTE. In this role, you'll lead the redesign of user onboarding and cross-platform experiences for both mobile and web applications. Your focus will be on creating seamless, consistent workflows that enhance usability and user satisfaction. Working with AI-assisted design tools, you'll accelerate the ideation process and collaborate closely with engineering teams to provide implementable design specifications. Your contributions will help bridge the gap between innovative design and functional implementation, impacting both user experience and business value significantly.

Accountabilities

• Redesign and optimize the end-to-end onboarding experience for diverse user personas.
• Create intuitive cross-platform workflows that ensure consistency and unity.
• Conduct user journey mapping and improve interaction design.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools for rapid wireframing and prototyping.
• Integrate AI workflows into the design process for enhanced efficiency.
• Deliver clear design specifications and collaborate with product managers and developers.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Analyze onboarding metrics and user behavior to enhance workflow performance.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile and web applications.
• Experience with B2B and B2C SaaS platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing onboarding and cross-platform design.
• Proficiency with Figma and AI-powered design tools.
• Experience with complex systems and multi-step workflows.
• Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility.
• Excellent communication skills for translating design into technical specifications.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in agile environments.
