This role sits at the intersection of product design, motion systems, and interaction storytelling within one of the most widely used gateways to Web3. You will define how motion shapes understanding, trust, and usability across a global digital product used by millions of people. Working within the design systems team, you will help establish a unified motion language that brings clarity, consistency, and emotional resonance to product experiences. Your work will influence everything from subtle interface transitions to larger expressive moments that guide user behavior. Accountabilities:

• Define and evolve a cohesive motion language that ensures consistency across product surfaces, features, and platforms.
• Design and implement motion patterns that improve usability by helping users understand changes, actions, and system feedback.
• Build scalable motion systems including guidelines, reusable assets, and design patterns for cross-team adoption.
• Collaborate closely with product designers and engineers to integrate motion seamlessly into production environments.
• Prototype and explore interaction concepts to communicate and validate motion ideas effectively.
• Identify opportunities where motion enhances clarity, usability, and user delight without introducing friction.
• Contribute to design system documentation and ensure motion standards are accessible and consistently applied.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to elevate motion craft across design teams.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in motion design for digital products, with a strong focus on interaction and UI animation.
• Proven ability to define motion languages and scalable systems across complex product ecosystems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion applied to product interfaces, systems, and user flows.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams to implement motion in production environments.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools and workflows to explore and communicate motion concepts.
• Deep understanding of how motion supports usability, clarity, and user engagement.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to create reusable, scalable design solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high craft standards in motion design.
