Accountabilities

• Lead design for key products across core offerings including insurance, safety, and repairs.
• Ship 0→1 features that modernize car care for everyday drivers.
• Partner with research, product, and data teams to identify opportunities and create impactful designs.
• Develop elegant, frictionless experiences that drive engagement and retention.
• Build and evolve a design system ensuring consistency and visual excellence.
• Apply AI thoughtfully to enhance user experience and personalization.
• Set high standards for UX and visual design through clarity and craftsmanship.

Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design and thoughtful user experience in shipped consumer products.
• 12+ years of product design experience in both agency and in-house settings, ideally across mobile and web.
• Proven capability to manage projects from research and concept through to launch and iteration.
• Experience in building and evolving design systems in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments with a track record of delivering quality work quickly.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: Experience in marketplaces, fintech, mobility, or insurance.
