Accountabilities

As a Staff Product Manager, you will:

• Own the full product lifecycle for a complex enterprise product, from initiative shaping to rollout and iteration.
• Prioritize and deliver features at high velocity while ensuring scalability, quality, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Translate complex customer and market inputs into actionable product decisions.
• Act as the primary product liaison for go-to-market teams, driving clear documentation, updates, and launch support.
• Proactively explore the product to identify gaps, test edge cases, and recommend improvements.
• Drive operational discipline through backlog management, sprint planning, and cross-functional communication.
