Staff UI/UX Product Designer

Join a fully remote, product-led company building intuitive, high-impact software that helps hosts and operators simplify and scale their rental businesses. In this role, you will shape end-to-end user experiences for a complex SaaS platform, turning intricate workflows into elegant, seamless, and highly usable designs. You will work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to define the design direction and elevate the overall product experience. This is a high-ownership role where your decisions will directly influence product strategy and user satisfaction. You will be expected to bring clarity to complexity, advocate for users, and raise the bar for design quality across the platform. The environment is fast-moving, remote-first, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on autonomy and impact.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design.
• Define and evolve a consistent design system and visual language aligned with product vision and brand identity.
• Translate complex user workflows into simple, intuitive, and elegant product experiences.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights, user feedback, and product data to continuously refine user journeys.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to shape product direction and feature strategy.
• Drive the overall UX vision across the platform, ensuring consistency, usability, and high design standards.
• Advocate for user needs while balancing technical constraints and business goals.
• Contribute innovative ideas that improve usability, engagement, and product differentiation.

Requirements:

• Strong senior-level experience in UI/UX or Product Design within SaaS or complex digital products.
• Proven track record of leading design projects and collaborating in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent portfolio demonstrating high-quality, intuitive, and user-centered product experiences.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma and experience with wireframing tools like Whimsical.
• Strong ability to think strategically while executing detailed, high-quality design work.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep passion for product design, usability, and crafting exceptional user experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and a strong sense of visual and interaction quality.
• Bonus: experience in short-term rental, hospitality, or Airbnb-related platforms.
