We are currently looking for a Technical Product Manager - Hadron in Germany. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Technical Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of a sophisticated tokenization platform serving institutional clients globally. This role combines deep technical knowledge, product ownership, and market insight to define the product vision, prioritize roadmap initiatives, and ensure scalable, compliant solutions. You will coordinate across engineering teams, external partners, and institutional clients to translate complex requirements into actionable product decisions. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will:

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for a complex, multi-asset tokenization platform.
• Prioritize initiatives based on institutional client demand, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Serve as the primary interface between product, internal engineering teams, and external technology partners.
• Translate client and market requirements into clear product specifications and actionable development tasks.
• Ensure product development aligns with long-term platform architecture, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
• Collect and structure feedback from clients and internal teams to continuously improve onboarding, integration, and developer experience.
• Make go/no-go decisions on features, integrations, and releases while preventing scope creep and maintaining roadmap discipline.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has:

• 5+ years of product management or product ownership experience, with at least 3 years in digital assets, tokenization, or financial infrastructure.
• Proven experience building, shipping, or managing a tokenization product end-to-end, including issuance, transfer, custody integration, and lifecycle management.
• Deep understanding of traditional finance infrastructure: settlement, custody, clearing, fund administration, and asset management processes.
• Hands-on experience translating complex institutional requirements into actionable product decisions and clear technical specifications.
• Experience managing external engineering partners and enforcing scope discipline across multi-stakeholder programs.
• Regulatory knowledge across at least two tokenization frameworks (MiCA, MAS, SEC, VARA, or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for authoring product specs, client-facing documentation, and executive summaries.

Bonus qualifications:

• Prior experience at a bank, asset manager, custodian, or regulated fintech in product, technology, or markets roles.
• Familiarity with multiple blockchain networks and token standards in a production environment.
• Experience integrating with custody APIs, transfer agent systems, or fund administration platforms.
• Knowledge of on-chain compliance mechanisms and multi-chain deployment strategies.
• Exposure to institutional client onboarding workflows in regulated environments.
