You'll capture workflow gaps, validate features through hands-on testing, and provide structured guidance to cross-functional teams. This role requires translating complex customer needs into actionable, engineering-ready requirements while documenting decisions, trade-offs, and release readiness. You will work closely with product, support, and marketing teams to maintain high-quality standards and ensure features function predictably in the field. Accountabilities:

• Gather and synthesize customer feedback and workflow insights to identify gaps and inform product decisions.
• Translate complex needs into clear, engineering-ready requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Test new features end-to-end, simulating real user experiences to ensure quality and reliability.
• Document decisions, trade-offs, risks, and expected behavior for internal teams.
• Coordinate release readiness with support and marketing teams, ensuring accurate release notes.
• Investigate support issues, reproduce root causes, and confirm fixes.
• Identify recurring patterns and provide data-backed recommendations for product improvements.
