We are seeking a results-driven Technology Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of maintenance platforms in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you will define product strategy, develop roadmaps, and translate business needs into actionable requirements for engineering teams. You will collaborate across multiple functions including design, engineering, and business operations, ensuring successful product launches and continuous improvements. Accountabilities:

· Define and communicate IT product strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.

· Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features based on market trends, user feedback, and business goals.

· Lead the creation of product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.

· Collaborate with business analysts and engineering teams to refine requirements and ensure smooth development execution.

· Monitor ongoing projects, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and quality standards.

· Partner with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and operations to ensure successful product launches and post-launch support.

· Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders, analyze product performance, and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
