We are currently looking for a UI/UX Designer with Microsoft Dynamics & Figma in United States.

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for complex business applications. In this role, you will design user-centric experiences that enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and improve overall usability within Microsoft Dynamics environments. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into clean, functional designs. Your work will directly impact user satisfaction, efficiency, and the adoption of enterprise systems, while contributing to a culture of innovation and design excellence.

Accountabilities:

Design and deliver user interfaces and experiences for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across applications.
Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing results, and business goals.
Maintain a clear design system and documentation for ongoing development and updates.
