This role is perfect for a creative and detail-oriented designer who will craft intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for enterprise applications. You will focus on delivering seamless experiences within Microsoft Dynamics 365 while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs. This position offers the opportunity to influence product usability, mentor peers, and shape the visual and interaction standards across digital platforms. Working remotely, you will contribute to high-impact projects that improve productivity, efficiency, and user satisfaction across diverse business processes.
Accountabilities
- Design and deliver clean, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable UI/UX solutions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma.
- Ensure consistency of design language and adherence to accessibility and usability standards.
- Participate in user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Advocate for best practices in UI/UX design and design thinking across teams.
