UX Designer
This role offers the opportunity to design intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications. The UX Designer will leverage design thinking, user research, and feedback to craft solutions that delight and motivate end users. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure consistency and alignment across the user journey. This position emphasizes autonomy, creativity, and the ability to drive results in a dynamic, remote work environment. A strong portfolio showcasing interaction design and clean visual design is essential. Candidates should be comfortable adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining a focus on usability, efficiency, and innovation.
Accountabilities:
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and UX concepts.
- Create personas, customer journey maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Validate design solutions through user testing and iteration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified, end-to-end user experience.
- Advocate for design by presenting work and clearly articulating design rationale to stakeholders.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems while supporting consistency across products.
- Prepare and facilitate UX activities for client-facing sessions, meetings, and stakeholder interviews.
- Adapt to changing project priorities and timelines while delivering high-quality work.
