UX Designer

You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and domain experts to translate complex workflows into simple, elegant, and actionable interfaces. Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric feature designs for Agentic AI products.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and validation of product concepts to ensure alignment with user needs.
• Develop rapid prototypes and web-ready design assets to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Advocate for user experience and drive a user-centered design culture across the organization.
• Design experiments to test value and usability, continuously refining the design-to-development process.
• Adapt and contribute flexibly to support team objectives and evolving product requirements.
• Mentor and guide peers on UX best practices to improve overall design quality and consistency.
