This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of product, engineering, and architecture, responsible for building the operational backbone that enables large-scale software delivery and platform evolution. The position ensures alignment between strategy and execution by designing the systems, governance, and rhythms that drive predictable, high-quality outcomes. The leader will operate in a highly cross-functional setting, influencing senior stakeholders across product, engineering, and architecture without relying on hierarchy. Accountabilities:

• Define and lead the overall Technology Operations strategy, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, architecture, and platform teams
• Establish operating cadences, governance frameworks, and execution rhythms that support predictable delivery and strategic alignment
• Own end-to-end product and engineering operations, including lifecycle governance, capacity planning, dependency management, and delivery risk visibility
• Oversee roadmap intake, release management, and general availability readiness, ensuring clarity of business value and execution confidence
• Drive architecture governance, technical risk assessment, and decision documentation in partnership with engineering and security stakeholders
• Lead operationalization of strategic initiatives from release through customer adoption, including migration planning and value realization
• Build executive-level dashboards, metrics, and insights to support data-driven decision-making and organizational accountability
• Manage cross-functional tool ecosystems ensuring consistency, governance, and data integrity across product and engineering platforms
• Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering accountability, psychological safety, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within product operations, engineering operations, or SaaS technology organizations
• Proven track record of building and scaling operational functions in complex, matrixed environments
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, release governance, and product delivery frameworks
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Aha, Jira, GitHub, or similar product and engineering systems
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic priorities into measurable execution and operational discipline
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across executive and technical audiences
• Exceptional communication skills with experience developing executive narratives and decision-support materials
• Experience working across cross-functional teams including product, engineering, architecture, and compliance
• People leadership experience with a focus on team development and building high-performance cultures
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development practices and regulated industry environments is a plus
