As VP, Customer Growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the post-sale customer journey, leading both the Account Management and Client Success teams to deliver measurable value and growth. This executive position requires a strategic, hands-on leader who can foster strong customer relationships, drive retention and expansion, and champion the customer voice across the organization. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Technical Support, and SOC teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and long-term satisfaction. With a focus on building scalable processes, forecasting accurately, and delivering exceptional client experiences, you'll directly impact the organization's growth and market leadership.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead, coach, and scale Client Success and Account Management teams, instilling a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Define and implement strategies to increase renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Build strong executive relationships with key customers, serving as an escalation point for critical issues.
• Drive Quarterly Business Reviews and high-level client engagement initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Technical Support, and SOC to enhance customer satisfaction and influence service delivery.
• Track and report on key performance indicators such as adoption, expansion, customer health, and retention.
• Oversee seamless onboarding, training, and support processes that ensure long-term customer success.
• Collaborate with RevOps and Finance to deliver accurate forecasts and business insights to leadership.
