VP, Growth Marketing

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for defining and executing the growth marketing strategy across digital channels, customer acquisition, and lifecycle engagement. The position plays a critical role in scaling brand visibility, driving pipeline generation, and optimizing conversion across the customer journey. You will lead a multidisciplinary marketing team and collaborate closely with product, sales, and data teams to accelerate business growth. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on experimentation and performance optimization. This role offers the opportunity to shape go-to-market strategy at scale while directly influencing revenue growth and customer expansion. Accountabilities:

  • Own and lead the overall growth marketing strategy, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion across multiple digital channels.
  • Design and optimize full-funnel marketing campaigns, including paid media, lifecycle marketing, SEO/SEM, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Partner with product, sales, and analytics teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives and customer insights.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth marketing team while fostering a culture of experimentation and accountability.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and continuously iterate to improve ROI and marketing efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth in high-growth or tech-driven environments.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing channels, marketing analytics, and growth experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience managing and scaling marketing teams in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
