Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading product teams in healthcare settings, with a strong understanding of healthcare workflows, systems, and challenges.
• Proven ability to empathize with customers, break down ambiguous problems, evaluate solutions, and drive cross-functional execution.
• Demonstrated success managing teams of at least 7 members, with experience mentoring and developing talent.
• Startup experience, particularly at growth-stage companies, is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of measuring impact and informing iterative product decisions.
• Passion for mission-driven work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
• Experience in automating manual processes and implementing AI-driven solutions is a plus.
