This role is responsible for leading and shaping the core product experiences for both petition creators and supporters, ensuring engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention. You will oversee multiple product squads, drive AI-first innovation, and translate user insights into actionable product strategies. As VP of Product, Core Experience, you will:

• Lead and mentor product managers and squads responsible for the Starter and Supporter user experiences, promoting high engagement and satisfaction.
• Reimagine core product experiences through research, design thinking, prototyping, and AI integration.
• Establish and maintain consistent, empowering product processes across squads, including AI-first building principles.
• Drive initiatives to increase team engagement and eNPS scores.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, user-centric products.
• Apply experimentation and analytics to optimize retention, engagement, and overall product performance.
