As the VP of Product Management, you will be a strategic and operational leader responsible for translating product vision into actionable roadmaps and driving execution across the product organization. You will work closely with executive leadership to align business objectives with product strategy, inspire and mentor a high-performing team, and foster cross-functional collaboration across engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success. Accountabilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision and timely delivery of key initiatives.
• Mentor, scale, and inspire a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary product partner to cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Services, to ensure smooth collaboration and lifecycle management.
• Define, monitor, and own key product KPIs, leveraging data to drive decisions and assess the impact of product initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership to refine product vision, competitive positioning, and portfolio strategy based on market trends and customer feedback.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across the organization, ensuring that product strategy is understood and executed effectively.
