VP, Product Marketing-GTM Enablement & Training

This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to shape global go-to-market strategy for a cutting-edge data and AI platform serving enterprise organizations worldwide. The position combines strategic product marketing, revenue enablement, and market positioning with direct influence on growth, customer acquisition, and competitive differentiation. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business value. The role is ideal for a visionary leader with deep expertise in enterprise software and data infrastructure who thrives in high-growth, innovation-driven environments. You will oversee global product launches, enablement initiatives, and market expansion strategies while building scalable processes and high-performing teams across multiple regions. This fully remote opportunity provides strong executive visibility and the ability to directly impact revenue growth, market perception, and long-term business success.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and evolve global product marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging across diverse customer segments including developers, database administrators, enterprise architects, and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive end-to-end go-to-market execution for product launches, market expansion initiatives, and revenue acceleration programs across direct, self-service, and partner-led channels.
  • Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies, ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and competitive intelligence frameworks within the database and AI infrastructure landscape.
  • Build and scale world-class sales and partner enablement programs including onboarding, certifications, training curricula, technical content, battlecards, and AI-powered learning initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Demand Generation and Sales leadership to align messaging with pipeline creation, revenue targets, win-rate optimization, and customer acquisition objectives.
  • Serve as a senior spokesperson for analyst relations and industry engagement with key market influencers, technical media, and enterprise technology analysts.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead globally distributed teams while establishing operational metrics, reporting structures, and executive-level performance visibility.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or enablement functions within enterprise software organizations, including at least 5 years at VP level or equivalent.
  • Strong expertise in database technologies, data infrastructure, cloud platforms, AI/vector databases, analytics ecosystems, or related enterprise technology environments.
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable business outcomes such as revenue growth, pipeline expansion, increased ARR, improved win rates, and stronger market positioning.
  • Deep understanding of technical and enterprise buyer journeys, with the ability to communicate effectively with both highly technical audiences and executive decision-makers.
  • Experience operating across multiple GTM motions including enterprise sales, product-led growth, inside sales, channel partnerships, and global partner ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to lead analyst relations initiatives and engage effectively with industry analysts, customers, boards, and executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills within fast-paced, globally distributed environments.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree considered an advantage.
  • Additional value placed on experience scaling high-growth technology businesses, combining open-source and commercial software strategies, or possessing hands-on technical backgrounds such as engineering or solutions architecture.
