We're looking for a seasoned client leader who brings calm structure to complex accounts and confidently owns high-stakes client relationships. This is a senior, judgment-heavy role for someone who has managed demanding U.S.-based clients, handled escalations end-to-end, and proactively protected retention and growth.
You won't just "manage accounts" - you'll strengthen them. You'll act as the senior escalation point, guide internal teams, improve systems, and elevate the overall maturity of our client service.

Working hours: This is a full-time, fully remote role working primarily with the U.S.-based clients, ideally working from 6am EST - 2pm OR 3pm EST.
