We're looking for a YouTube Thumbnail Designer who's experienced, creative, and obsessed with YouTube trends. You'll help our channel grow by designing thumbnails that capture attention and keep viewers engaged while owning the visual style of our content.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and own the visual style of the channel
• Consistently ship thumbnails that improve CTR and viewer retention
• Create and maintain a thumbnail reference library and testing process
