We are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our marketing team, with a focus on content development and social media strategy. This role involves overseeing the creation of compelling content, managing product presence across digital platforms, and driving engagement through strategic planning and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily activities of the marketing team, with an emphasis on content production and social media initiatives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and brand voice.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content such as blog articles, videos, and social media posts.
• Manage and grow the company's presence across key social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital platforms to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, product launches, and promotions.
• Mentor and support junior team members, offering training, feedback, and professional development guidance.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in content creation and managing social media for a business or brand.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and content marketing best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
• Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Experience in video editing or production is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and online community management.
