We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Intern to achieve our ambitions and join our team!
You will be attached to our Performance Marketing Manager in charge of CRM, Growth, and Ops Marketing. In collaboration with all members of the Marketing team as well as other departments (Sales, School Relations, Data, ...) you will be in charge of participating in the realization and coordination of our campaigns aimed at our B2B target: HR and recruiters of companies.
Your role on a daily basis
True pivot in the Performance department, you will have missions on all our distribution channels CRM, Paid Social, SEA, SEO, and Website:
CRM
Growth Marketing: Paid Social, SEA, SEO
Website
You are in a Master's course in Communication, Marketing, e-Business, and/or Digital
You have writing skills and a strong appetite for numbers: you are not afraid to get your hands dirty in GGsheet/Excel to interpret our results and draw conclusions.
You have an analytical mind: you know how to interpret KPIs to draw relevant conclusions.
Autonomy, rigor, and organization are your allies in your daily life: you will be involved in managing multiple campaigns and projects in parallel.
You are curious.se, proactive.ve, a force of proposal and you like to analyze the performances (always in the spirit of seeking to progress!).
Bonus: you already have knowledge of the functioning of advertising platforms such as Google/Microsoft/LinkedIn/Meta ads
PS: a current level of English is required to join our #InternationalTeam, German is a plus.
Duration: 6 months minimum
