Product Manager - Measurement

Oversee and steward the business to ensure it is profitable and meets the growth directives established by the executive management team.

Develop and execute business planning strategies, forecast, and schedules as required by JHC.

Establishes goals, improves technologies, and resolves problems in conjunction with sub-ordinate managers and managers of other Business Units.

Support/Drive the Account Management Team to deliver company initiatives and growth goals.

Be the liaison with the factory and execute/manage all sales forecasting, training, business development, and other requirements requested by said factory/representative.

Maintains a working knowledge of governmental and industry recognized codes & standards. This includes development of written practices in concert with the Quality Assurance Manager that comply with ASME, NBBI, ASNT, AGA, NIST, API, ASTM, and other industrial standards, and customer requirements.

CRM Management, Salesforce.

Supports JHC accounting department with problem invoices and general customer account information, customer facing.

Understands and manages to ensure the JHC TCC (Total Customer Commitment) standards are upheld at all times.

Works closely with and supports the JHC product principals when required to do so.

Actively and enthusiastically supports JHC's visions and strategies.

Builds and cultivates solid relationships – internally and externally.

Travels when required and applicable.

Regular and predictable attendance and availability is essential for this position.

Supervisory responsibilities to include: Project Manager, Fabrication Manager, Sales Manager, Inside and Outside Product Managers.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelors or better.

Experience

5 years: Demonstrated ability in the overall management and discipline of personnel who are in a highly skilled blue-collar environment.

5 years: Outside sales/account management/industrial sales/technician or similar experience

5 years: Project management and tracking skills.

5 years: Demonstrated ability to understand and manage inventory operations associated with a production/manufacturing environment.

5 years: Five years minimum similar experience in selling of Business-to-Business industrial products with a particular emphasis on Terminals and Terminal Operations.

Preferred

Military service may be substituted for a college degree. 4 years' service any branch. DD FORM 214 required with Character of Service marked "HONORABLE". In the absence of a college degree a Certification/Degree in an appropriate discipline from a Vo-Tech organization will be considered. In the absence of a college degree or an appropriate certification/degree from a vo-tech institution, a minimum of 10 years of management/supervisory experience in instrumentation and fabrication in a shop and/or field services type environment may be acceptable.
