Understands and identifies learner needs by using existing and new procedures, research, and data provided to independently understand learners and their challenges. Understands business goals and success metrics, and the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to achieve those goals and metrics; using data, metrics, and reporting to design and implement training programs that meet learner needs and accreditation criteria. Coordinates and delivers training and/or train-the-trainer programs to clinical leads and supervisors. Implements training related quality improvement programs. Monitors changes to industry standards (e.g., accreditation criteria) by utilizing appropriate reference materials, internet sources, seminars, and publications. Makes contributions to and helping maintain content repositories.
