The Commercial Strategy Lead partners with commercial and business teams to develop audience strategies that support growth across B2B large group, small group, and second-sale initiatives. This role ensures audience planning is grounded in commercial objectives while remaining aligned with enterprise audience frameworks. The Lead translates business growth goals into clear audience targeting guidance for media and activation teams. Working closely with business owners and the Audience Strategy Lead, this role balances enterprise standards with line-of-business needs. The Lead supports activation teams by providing ongoing audience insights and optimization recommendations. This role also identifies opportunities to refine targeting approaches based on performance trends and market feedback.
This senior individual contributor is primarily responsible for leading and driving the development and execution of integrated marketing communications programs and strategies and leading and conducting complex market data collection and synthesis. This position provides direction to the creative team, manages and drives complex marketing projects, leads the design and implementation of complex marketing strategies, and leads the development and implementation of strategic go-to-market plans.
