Shift Details Full-time, 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling options — choose between four 10-hour shifts (Mon–Thurs) or a modified 5-day week with shorter Fridays.

Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation commensurate with experience. Shift differentials offered for nights and/or weekends. Relocation assistance available based on individual needs. Choose between student loan reimbursement (up to $30,000 over 3 years) or a sign-on bonus of up to $25,000.

Your Role

• Provide high-quality, individualized physical therapy for orthopedic and neuro patients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to optimize recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other team members.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented outpatient clinic culture.
