JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a Customer Growth Manager to join our Digital Customer Growth Team in Vietnam. This is a frontline people management role: you will lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for guiding customers through the full lifecycle from acquisition, onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy. Your focus will be on empowering the team, driving performance, and ensuring our customers achieve success at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the team: Manage, coach, and grow digital account managers, ensuring strong execution across acquisition, onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Own pod performance: Be accountable for delivering growth at scale by balancing customer acquisition, digital engagement, and retention/expansion motions in the long-tail segment.
  • Drive operational excellence: Run team huddles, set priorities, guide account assignment, and act as the decision-making lead for the Vietnam pod.
  • Stay hands-on: Engage directly with accounts when needed, model best practices, and provide practical guidance that helps the team succeed in high-volume motions.
  • Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with Ops, Marketing, Sales, and Product to shape programs that improve outcomes for long-tail customers.
  • Scale impact: Design playbooks, processes, and frameworks to ensure consistency, predictability, and efficiency across a large base of digital-first customers.
