Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing user-centric solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, innovative, and impactful user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of UX principles and design tools, combined with the ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for SaaS, CRM, and enterprise applications to meet business objectives and user needs
- Create user journey flows, visuals, and UI assets to support the iterative design process
- Explore and prototype design hypotheses, testing divergent ideas and solutions
- Apply logical UX flow principles to create seamless, intuitive user experiences across all touchpoints
- Build and maintain a consistent design language system across products and platforms
- Collaborate with product teams, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business and technical requirements
- Present design work effectively, providing the rationale for decisions and addressing feedback
- Document design specifications to ensure clarity for product teams and technical implementation
- Manage multiple design projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct in-depth research and usability evaluations to identify areas for improvement and validate design choices
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design solutions
- Support design reviews with prototypes and presentations to gain stakeholder alignment
