How You'll Contribute:

We are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead our Market & Competitor Intelligence (M&CI) team, operating as an internal research and insight consultancy. This leader will play a strategic role in providing high-impact research, analysis, and actionable intelligence to firm management, industry leaders, business development (BD), and client account teams.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Set research priorities in alignment with the firm's strategic goals.
  2. Work with partners, industry teams, and marketers to identify intelligence needs.
  3. Manage M&CI Analyst(s)
  4. Package and deliver insights for leadership decision-making, pursuit strategies, and marketing campaigns.
  5. Organize, prepare and deliver monthly new business and cross-sell reports by industry, service line and office.
  6. Maintain and deliver key performance metrics (KPIs) related to client acquisition, retention, expansion and churn across service lines, industry groups and geographies to provide actionable insights for marketing and business development strategies.
  7. Assist in client segmentation to tailor marketing campaigns and sales outreach.
  8. Support the creation of targeted sales campaigns based on insights derived from research and data analysis.
  9. Research client accounts and client contacts for account management and cross-sell initiatives including background information on key decision-makers, trends within target industries and potential pain points to address.
  10. Deliver market briefs, competitor analysis, and thought leadership reports using curated external sources.
  11. Develop and maintain a library of reusable research assets for firm-wide use.
  12. Conduct interviews with new hires from competitors to enhance market knowledge.
  13. Maintain relationships with third-party research and intelligence providers.
  14. Partner with Marketing and BD teams to align insights with business needs.
  15. Collaborate with the Domo team to create dashboards and analytics for stakeholders.
