Financial Products Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Financial Products Inside Sales Representative to lead the sales activities of our retail finance business. Operating from an onsite office environment, the Financial Products Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for creating and strengthening relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving the growth of our captive finance business. The Financial Products Inside Sales Representative will focus on markets where a dedicated retail finance sales representative is not physically assigned. This role is essential to ensure consistent service levels and sales performance across all markets, including remote or underserved dealer locations. This position will report to the National Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead inside sales efforts across assigned dealer regions, with a focus on growth-potential and geographically dispersed markets.
  • Build dealer engagement through virtual meetings, phone outreach, and digital performance tools.
  • Manage strong dealer relationships to grow finance penetration and product attachment rates.
  • Provide regular product training, finance program updates, and virtual consultations to key dealership personnel.
  • Effectively communicate the launch of new financial products and regional marketing initiatives.
  • Provide market intelligence to support product development, risk assessment, and marketing initiatives.
  • Represent Kawasaki at dealer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
  • Maintain accurate dealer activity records using CRM and submit timely reports to the National Sales Manager.
  • Monitor dealer performance using key metrics (application volume, approval and funding rates, penetration rates) and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with sales representatives from Kawasaki Motors Corp. to deliver a cohesive dealer support strategy and ensure alignment across both business channels.
  • Collaborate with credit, funding, and operations teams to resolve dealer issues and improve turnaround times.
  • Support the sales organization in ensuring full coverage of national dealer accounts in collaboration with the field sales team.
  • Support national dealer on-boarding & enrollment process.
  • Support key meeting prep & material and or training sessions.
  • Drive virtual & direct dealer facing training & development for assigned dealer base & strategic dealers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial product sales, preferably in powersports, automotive, or equipment finance.
  • Proven ability to build and manage dealer or B2B relationships in a remote or field-based role.
  • Strong understanding of retail finance products, processes, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in an undefined or evolving territory.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (dealer meetings, industry events, and trade shows).
  • Experience launching or supporting finance and insurance (F&I) products is preferred.
  • Background in startup or high-growth environments is a plus.

Profile Differentiators:

  • Experience in founding, co-founding or working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience in Powersports Finance Industry (motorcycle, ATVs UTVs, PWCs).
  • Experience in a FinTech startup.
  • Master's degree or Advanced Professional degree.

Salary:

  • Salary range: $33.50hr - $36.50hr
