The Senior Director of Growth serves as the front-end growth engine for KCI's Technology & Innovation sector, leading and scaling the technology services market through disciplined strategy, execution, and accountability. This role owns priority market focus, key client and account plans, pipeline development, and pursuit execution while driving consistent sales performance and sustainable growth. As a senior leader, the Senior Director of Growth sets go-to-market strategy, enforces commercial and go/no-go decisions, strengthens partner ecosystems, and champions operational rigor to ensure transparency, collaboration, and measurable results aligned with the sector's growth objectives.
