About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Marketing Operations Intern to join our Destination Partnerships team in Hong Kong. You'll be the behind-the-scenes enabler ensuring that marketing campaigns for tourism boards run smoothly — from pitch to post-campaign.
This internship will give you hands-on experience in regional marketing operations, cross-functional teamwork, and stakeholder coordination. You'll learn how integrated marketing campaigns are planned, executed, and measured, with opportunities to take ownership of partnership executions.
What You'll Do
Campaign Support & Marketing Ops
- Assist in coordinating timelines, assets, and internal reviews to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Work with cross-functional teams (design, paid ads, content, local marketing) to prepare decks, proposals, and reporting materials
- Help consolidate campaign performance data and draft supporting insights for post-campaign reviews
- Support agency engagement, including briefing creative and media partners on campaign objectives, deliverables, and timelines, preparing asset lists, and tracking progress through to delivery.
Team Operations & Process Management
- Support administrative processes including payment requests, invoicing, and basic finance tracking
- Assist with routing contracts through Legal and tracking approvals
Partner & Cross-Team Coordination
- Update partners on campaign executions and timelines, ensuring they have clear visibility on progress and deliverables
- Join internal meetings and take action notes to ensure alignment across teams
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in following through on tasks
- Clear communicator (written and verbal) who can work with multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, agile environment
