Experience in tissue, towel, or napkin product development, papermaking, or converting
Experience in paper manufacturing know how (process engineering) papermaking or converting processes.
Master's Degree or higher in Engineering or Paper Science
Strong background in Design of Experiments (DoE) and experience with advanced data analysis tools.
Experience in project management
