Product Designer
We're looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about transforming healthcare experiences. You'll design intuitive, patient-centered, and clinician-friendly interfaces that make healthcare planning easy to understand and act on. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring thoughtful design solutions to life.
As Product Designer for Patient and Clinician Platforms, you will lead the design of Koda Health's care planning solutions, transforming complex clinical and patient workflows into intuitive, accessible experiences.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the design direction for patient- and clinician-facing tools, ensuring usability, accessibility, and empathy in every interaction
- Translating clinical workflows and patient needs into simple, accessible design solutions.
- Conducting user research to inform design decisions.
- Creating design systems and maintaining brand consistency across platforms
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless handoff and implementation.
- Advocating for users and championing design thinking across the company
