Responsible for the achievement of TFX targets assigned to the branches/channels. Takes care of about 6 – 12 branches and mostly aligned with ABM of branch banking, OR, a particular business segment (like Privy, Wealth, WCG, CorpSal etc). Identifies the TFX & FES opportunities in the assigned catchment/segment. Regularly interacts with the branches/channels and presents the analysis of stock, market intelligence. Identifies the training needs and puts the capability building plan in place. Gathers the market information/competition trends to facilitate product developments/improvements by HO Product team. Monitors the services standards/TAT and fixes the gaps, if any, by taking up with HO. Responsible for the quality of the accounts and compliance issues. Ensures all customer queries/complaints, if any, are responded within the defined TAT. Ensures that the branches/channels are adhered to all processes & guidelines. Responsible for the channel/team's productivity.
Personality Traits & Required Skills: Should have the business acumen to spot the opportunities and make a business case to penetrate the market by preparing catchment specific strategy. Ability to engage with various channels across Consumer Bank and leave a positive impact in every interaction. Must be an effective communicator. Need to have good articulation skills. Should possess good analytical & presentation skills.
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech & MBA – the most preferred. CA – second preference. MBA is a must for the candidates, other than CA OR B.E/B.Tech. Experience, Age & Grade: 2 - 8 years of relevant experience, i.e., Trade & Forex.
