Business Excellence Team (BET) is a unit within WBG that is responsible for identifying and executing management strategies to drive the key objectives of transformation, growth and profitability for WBG.
Job Role
•The role would be part of WBG Business Excellence Team (BET)
•Closely work with Business Heads & leadership team of WBG to solve key business challenges and growth strategies
•Responsible for preparation and reconciliation of Business unit's MIS, P&L etc.
•Preparing business review related data and presentations.
•Working on internal & external Audit and Yearly Budgeting Exercise
•Work closely with partners to ensure timely deliverables
•Responsible to ensure timely completion of activities laid down by management
Job Requirements
•Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Banking
•Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and influencing skills
•CA, MBA or any other similar professional qualification
•Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Eligibility
•Spent minimum 12 months (applicant for same grade role)/18 months (applicant for next grade role) in the same division/function/role/location
•Applications can be made for roles in same level or one level above
•IJP policy to be followed
