Physical Demands and Work Environment
This position is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FSLA) and is eligible to receive overtime compensation at 1.5 times the regular rate of pay for all hours worked beyond 40 hours in a standard work week. The hourly rate for this role is competitive with a range of $38.00 to $59.00 determined by experience, education, and skills. KPFF also offers performance-based bonuses to recognize outstanding contributions. Additional details about the full compensation package will be provided during the interview process.
