Product Development Leader

We are looking for an experienced Product Development Leader to strengthen our Kraft Heinz family. The Product Development Leader position is within our Operations department. The location of the position is Susurluk/Balıkesir.

In this role, the Product Development Leader works closely with cross-functional teams from other departments to translate operational performance and product concepts into R&D briefs and product specifications.

Key responsibilities include developing new and improved products in the framework of NPD activities and driving the BU innovation and R&D strategy. You will also be responsible for ensuring technical compatibility, procedures, processes, nutrition, food safety, and quality of new and improved varieties introduced to the market.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in food technology/food chemistry/or related Science discipline, at least 3 years of R&D experience, and proficiency in MS Office, SAP programs.
